The Youth meets every Sunday from 9:30-10:30 am in the Youth Room. This is a large group worship and teaching experience for our teenagers, grades 6-12th. Our live worship is lead by your own peers and the teaching engages our students in discussions on what a Christ filled life looks like.
Our students, grades 6-12, are connected in small groups every Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 pm. This time starts with a large group icebreaker and then quickly moves into small groups. The groups are formed around the students age and gender which promotes community with peers. Small groups give our students a voice as they tackle their life questions in their own personal group.
A mission trip is a great way for you to experience our living God working through you as join together to share the love of Jesus! Why don’t you join us this year? I can tell you that by the end of the week you will have a better understanding of the mission Jesus call us to and a increased sense of belonging to your peers and to your Father who loves you intensely.
June 16-22, 2024
TIMS was a great opportunity to serve families in rural Pennsylvania. Our youth experienced God working through them as they shared stories with their host family. This was a labor intensive week where we were able to show the depth of God’s love through our service towards them. Jesus began to do something inside of our youth as they were working among the everyday things of this experience. TIMS is a program of the Christian Retreat Center in East Waterford, PA.
July 16-21, 2023 – High School Students Only
Our high school students had the opportunity to join us in the Bronx, NYC to share the love of Jesus through a Bible Club in a city park. Students were responsible for various aspects of the Bible club including: teaching memory verses, lead games and praise & worship, and acting through puppets. They also served with several ministries in feeding people who are homeless or without work. This was a stretching and rewarding mission trip for all that attended!
