DECEMBER 2, 3, & 4, 2022

Travel back in time and experience a live dramatic event- right from the comfort of your own car or join others in a wagon ride! This is a free event for the whole family. Check back for more updates!

Scene 1 – The Proclamation

Your experience begins as you hear the words from the Prophet Isaiah sharing the good news of the coming Messiah – more than 700 years before the birth of Jesus. In this same scene, you fast-forward to witness the Angel Gabriel’s visit with Mary.

Scene 2 – Bethlehem

As you arrive at scene 2, you’ll hear the soldiers instructions to the citizens of Nazareth to return to their own town to participate in the census declared by Caesar Augustus. You will join Mary and Joseph’s journey back to Bethlehem, their interaction with the innkeeper, and how they were offered the place where Jesus will be born into this world.

Scene 3 – The Wisemen

Meet Melchior, Gaspar, and Baltasar. Bible scholars know very little about these men, but they do know that they were wealthy and intelligent. As you approach, think about it being like any other clear evening as these men where studying the heavens.

Scene 4 – The Shepherds

Imagine camping out under the stars every night and cooking your meals over an open fire. That was the life of a Shepherd. If the Wisemen were smart and rich, the shepherds were just the opposite. The Bible tells us that a Savior will be born to save ALL people from sin and that would include the lowly of them all, the shepherds. That’s why these young men are in awe when an Angel of the Lord appears to them at the end of the day.

Scene 5 – The Stable

Scene 5 brings the emotion of holding that new born baby that was sent to change the world and the lives of all who choose to believe. Enjoy this beautiful song and try to imagine the heart of the mother of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Scene 6 – The Empty Cradle & The Empty Cross

From heaven to the earth a simple Christmas birth. Jesus went from the cradle to dying on the cross and became our sin to give us life. However, Jesus is not in the grave – He is risen! The wonder of His love for each of us is displayed in the Empty Cradle and the Empty Cross!
