All the proceeds from the car show are for the benefit of Emma Strait –

Emma Strait was diagnosed on January 17, 2018 with B-Cell Acute Lymboplastic Leukemia. She started treatment at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital on January 18. Emma is 13 years old and a 7th grade student at Greencastle-Antrim Middle School. Due to her medial condition, she is not allowed to attend school and is now considered a homebound student. The doctors feel that she should be permitted to go back to school by November. Emma enjoys reading, watching movies, playing games with her family and friends, and playing basketball and softball. She has six siblings: Eli and Ellie Strait, Ashley and Kristen True, Danny True is married to Amanda with son Xavier, and Kelly Longerbeam who is married to Ryan with son James. Emma’s life has been changed in many ways. She goes to Hershey every Wednesday for her chemotherapy treatments, gets blood work done two days a week, sometimes three, and she is limited to visitors and places to go due to her low immune system and blood counts. Emma has remained positive throughout this journey. She will undergo treatments for 2 1/2 years at the Children’s Hospital.
